To order:

Orders placed before 3 p.m. will be delivered to cargo the next working day. Once your order has been shipped

you will receive a confirmation. The shipping costs are

Netherlands: €6

Germany , Belgium : €8

France, Austria : €11.90

Sweden : € 24.50

Other European countries: €16.50

Returns:

If the product is not entirely to your liking, you can return it to us within 8 days.

You can send mail for a return ticket and link is provided for the ticket.

Return costs are for your own account.

The money will then be refunded to your account as soon as possible.

It is possible to exchange a product.

Send an email to [email protected] and it will be arranged.

Return Policy

- Products can only be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, complete with accessories / parts and in the original packaging. Products that have been unsealed cannot be returned (such as games, batteries and hygiene sensitive products). Products in which food has been prepared are not taken back, for reasons of hygiene. If a product is damaged or defective, we request that you inform us immediately, so that we can find a solution with you.

- When you return an order, do not forget to add the packing slip and / or a return form (otherwise your return cannot be processed).

- Always request and keep the proof of shipment in case the package accidentally goes missing.

- If we have received the product in good condition, you will receive a confirmation by email and the order amount (if applicable) will be refunded within a few working days.
